Overview
We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to provide telehealth services and fulfill your treatment. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email), the health information you provide during your visit, shipping and payment information, and technical data such as device and usage information.
Health information you share during the visit is used to provide care and is handled under HIPAA where applicable.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, connect you with licensed providers, fulfill prescriptions through a licensed pharmacy, process payments, and communicate with you about your care and orders.
How we share information
With the licensed providers who review your visit and the licensed pharmacy that fills your prescription, with service providers acting on our behalf under contract, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
