How tracking works (for developers)

In production, this portal reads live fill status and tracking from the pharmacy's Digital Rx IVR API on the server — the auth token and all PHI never reach the browser. The flow:

  1. Provider approves the intake.
  2. Server calls IVRrequestRx to queue the fill.
  3. Server polls GetRxByNumber for status and tracking, shown here.
