The online visit

You answer a structured set of health questions — the same things a clinician would ask in person. It takes a few minutes, it's private, and your answers are encrypted and handled under HIPAA. We never put health information in a web address, and we collect only what a provider needs to make a safe decision.

The provider review

A US-licensed provider reviews your answers — not a bot. They may message you a follow-up question. They decide whether treatment is appropriate, and they can decline if it isn't safe for you. A prescription is never guaranteed, and you won't be charged for medication unless you're prescribed.

The pharmacy

If you're prescribed, a California-licensed pharmacy prepares your medication. Compounded medications are made in the USA pursuant to your prescription and are not FDA-approved finished products. Your order ships free, in plain, discreet packaging.

Ongoing care

Treatment isn't a one-time transaction. You can message your care team, your dose can be adjusted over time, and refills ship automatically so you don't run out. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescription products require an online evaluation and provider approval. Individual results vary.
