What is compounded semaglutide / tirzepatide?

They are versions of GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. They are dispensed only with a valid prescription from a licensed provider.

How do I know if I'm eligible?

You complete a short online medical assessment, and a licensed provider reviews it to determine whether treatment is appropriate. Eligibility is always provider-determined, submitting an assessment does not guarantee a prescription.

Is there a consultation or appointment?

Care is delivered online. In most cases a provider can review your secure questionnaire asynchronously; additional information may be requested if needed.

How is the medication delivered?

If prescribed, your medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy at our licensed compounding pharmacy and shipped discreetly to your address.

What does it cost?

See our Pricing page. Your plan covers the telehealth visit and prescribed medication. You're never charged for medication that isn't prescribed.

What are the side effects?

Common side effects include nausea, constipation or diarrhea, fatigue, and injection-site reactions, which often ease over time. Serious risks exist, review all warnings with your provider. Do not use if you have a history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or MEN 2.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You can cancel before your next renewal. Specific cancellation and refund terms are described at checkout and in our Terms of Use.

Is my information private?

Your health information is collected through secure, encrypted intake and handled confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy.
